Due to the nature of our products, all fragrance sales are final.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any perfume or fragrance product once it has been shipped — whether opened or unopened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost Packages
