Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing begins.

Risk of loss transfers to you once an order is handed to the carrier.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or lost/stolen packages.





7. NO REFUND / NO RETURN POLICY (Fragrances)



All fragrance sales are final.


Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any fragrance product—opened or unopened—once shipped.


Please review product details carefully before ordering.



Exceptions



We will replace items ONLY if:


  • the product arrives damaged,
  • you received the wrong item.



You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.


Lost-in-transit issues will be handled case-by-case based on carrier investigation results.





8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY



All content on our website—including text, images, logos, product descriptions, designs, and media—is owned by Sacrette or our licensors.

Sacrette operates independently from Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for your purchase, product issues, or any damages.

You expressly release Shopify from claims arising from your transactions with Sacrette.

By submitting feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant Sacrette a royalty-free, worldwide license to use and publish it.

We may remove or edit feedback at our discretion.
